Limitation of Liability

  • Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for employment decisions made by employers
  • We are not responsible for visa application outcomes
  • Maximum liability limited to fees paid for services
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability

Prohibited Activities
